Early Bird Period: Registration fees must be paid in full by 31/12/2025. Regular Period: starts on 1/01/2026.
Payment Deadlines:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment is completed within the deadline of the selected period in order to secure their registration at the applicable rate. If payment is not received by the end of that period, the registration may be forfeited or an additional charge at the higher rate will apply once the next period has begun.
Refunds:
Refunds are subject to the terms of the event’s cancellation policy. Participants who cancel their registration within the eligible period defined in that policy will receive a refund, less any applicable administrative fees.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation until 30/11/2025:
Participants who cancel their registration on or before 30 November 2025 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. As an alternative, they may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval by the event organizers. An administrative fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each cancellation or transfer.
Cancellation until 31/12/2025:
Participants who cancel their registration on or before 31 December 2025 are eligible for a 50 percent refund of the registration fee. As an alternative, they may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval by the event organizers. An administrative fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each cancellation or transfer.
Cancellation after 31/12/2025:
Participants who cancel their registration after 31 December 2025 are not eligible for a refund. They may, however, request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval by the event organizers. An administrative fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each transfer.
Changes in registration:
All changes in participant details that affect the hotel choice or the inclusion of a partner may incur an additional charge of 30 EUR per participant for each change.
